Sean Halligan, Founder
Sean has 25 years of expertise, including 15 years in distinguished senior management roles within the operational hospitality sector. Launching Halligan Consulting Group (HCG) in 2014, he has dedicated his efforts to spearheading the launch of new properties and implementing strategic transformations for existing establishments, serving as a valuable member of their leadership committees. This consulting work has also included the establishing and enhancing of many Food/Beverage and Operational divisions.
Sean plays a pivotal role within the planning and design teams, providing invaluable guidance to sales and marketing departments while effectively communicating requirements to engineering departments, contractors, and suppliers. As a leader, Sean prioritizes the training and well-being of HCG associates, recognizing their significance in achieving optimal outcomes across all facets of client business. With the ability to seamlessly adapt to diverse teams on short notice, his unwavering integrity is evident both when working remotely or autonomously.
